TAILORED SOLUTIONS THAT WORK

Injured? We Can Help!

If you’ve recently been injured in an accident, it’s easy to feel like the pain you’re feeling now will last forever. Sitting on your couch and ignoring or putting off your recovery will only prolong this experience.

At Launch Wellness, we not only focus on getting you feeling better now, but we also use chiropractic care and kinesiology to help you feel– and heal– better in the long term. Our goal isn’t just to get you out of pain; we want you to stay that way. We support your ICBC active rehab by offering:

Direct Billing To ICBC - 100% Covered

We’ll take care of all the billing to ICBC, so you can focus on your health without worrying about the fees.

Assessments To See How Well You’re Progressing

How do you know if you’re feeling and healing better if we don’t have data to measure against? This is why we use tests to ensure what we are doing is working.

Taking You Beyond Just Pre-Injury Status

We don’t only want to get you back to your baseline– we want to go beyond that– to a place of true health. Where your body not only feels but also heals better.

Let’s Get Started On Your ICBC Claim

We can help you navigate what treatment options are covered by ICBC. If you give us your claim details, we’ll get in touch with ICBC to get it all sorted for you!

How Does the ICBC Kinesiology Process Work?

It all starts with our initial assessment. This is where we learn about your history, goals, and baseline. We’ll look at posture, mobility, balance, and transitional strength capacity to get a sense of where we’re starting. As an insured ICBC client, this assessment will be completely covered.

As an ICBC-insured client, you’ll be eligible for kinesiology coverage for up to 12 sessions within the first 12 weeks after the accident. We’ll use these sessions to help you put more constructive stress on your body. This starts with developing a strong foundation to support your body in its healing and ability to take on whatever challenges it may face.

This reassessment report is an opportunity for us to check-in. We want to see how you’re progressing and ensure you’re on the right path. If it’s determined that you need more movement training– we’ll submit a kinesiology treatment plan outlining further recommended sessions to ICBC.

Approval for additional sessions is all based on limitations in your ability to carry out movement tasks/daily tasks that were not an issue before the accident. ICBC will approve or deny additional sessions based on the follow-up report and recommendations we provided.

Once you can carry out daily movements and have been discharged by ICBC, you can continue movement training with us. We will use these to help you continue developing physical autonomy so that you can do what you love for a long time. These sessions can be billed to your health insurance plans or privately.

How Does the ICBC Chiropractic Care Process Work?

It all starts with our initial assessment. It’s where we learn your whole story, then determine how we can best help. We’ll also use this as an opportunity to run some tests to establish a baseline of your body’s current functioning and measure its capacity to heal and regulate itself. As an insured ICBC client, this assessment will be completely covered.

As an ICBC-insured client, you’ll be eligible for chiropractic coverage for up to 25 sessions within the first 12 weeks after the accident. We’ll use these sessions to restore balance to your nervous system (which controls and coordinates all other systems), so you can more easily heal, recover, and adapt to change.

ICBC determines when to discharge you based on your capacity to return to the activity level before your accident. At Launch Wellness, our goal is to move past the pre-injury state and get you to a place where you’re body can heal itself better. So, if that sounds like a place you want to strive for, you can continue working with us to get your body to a truly healthy place.

Our goal is to help you define your end goal and work towards it—no matter where you’re starting from. So even if right now, you’re feeling frustrated, stuck, tight on time, confused, overwhelmed, alone, or unsure of what you need, we can help you find a path forward.

Whether you want to optimize your health, move beyond nagging injuries, or crack the code of how to feel good for good, we’re here to get you feeling better—and help you reclaim your role as the main agent of change in your life.
