Dr. Brad


Brad is originally from New Zealand and recently became a Canadian Citizen. He is a registered Chiropractor in BC and focuses on helping clients optimize their overall health and wellbeing. Before Chiropractic, Brad spent many years developing his experience as a strength coach for young athletes, sports teams and weekend warriors. As his skills progressed he was drawn more toward helping clients address nagging concerns, rehabbing old injuries and building more resilient bodies. 

Now as a Chiropractor, he focuses on improving the health and adaptability of his clients through regular chiropractic care and education on the importance of developing a strong movement based practice.


Office Manager

Monika Johns is a multifaceted individual whose journey encompasses a diverse range of experiences. As the Owner and Office Manager of Launch Wellness Collective, she plays a pivotal role in creating a nurturing environment for individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Before venturing into the wellness industry, Monika was in the world of professional tennis, earning a spot among the world rankings. Her passion for the sport instilled in her a drive for excellence and perseverance, qualities that continue to shape her endeavors today.

Beyond her athletic achievements, Monika’s interests lie in health and helping people thrive. Through Launch Wellness Collective, she channels this passion into tangible support, guiding others on their paths to holistic well-being.

Monika’s dedication extends beyond her professional pursuits; she is also a devoted mother to two children, with a third on the way, balancing the demands of entrepreneurship, motherhood, and her personal interests. 

With a heart for service, a wealth of experiences and a desire to continuously learn, Monika works to inspire others to reach for their highest potential.



Hannah is a registered Kinesiologist, specializing in injury rehabilitation and movement training. Hannah has previous experience working as a movement coach for athletes, a personal trainer in mental health programs, and as a clinical Kinesiologist.

Hannah has a background in sport and was drawn to learning about movement training and functional longevity following personal injuries and setbacks. Hannah’s focus as a Kinesiologist and personal trainer, is to identify areas of focus, address current limitations, and help her clients develop more resilient and capable bodies.

Hannah was born in England, and now lives in North Vancouver. Hannah completed her Kinesiology degree at Queen’s University in 2021.

Aya, a dedicated yoga and Pilates instructor, was born and raised in Japan and moved to Canada in 2009. Her journey with yoga began in 2009 and Pilates in 2017, practices that have become sources of strength and balance through life’s highs and lows. Aya believes that yoga and Pilates offer a unique blend of physical and mental harmony, connecting body and mind in a profound way.

In Aya’s classes, you’ll find a warm and welcoming environment where you can discover your inner calmness and strength. With a focus on alignment, breath, and mindful movement, Aya guides her students through small group and private sessions tailored to each student’s practice. Yoga Therapist

Anastasiia has been helping people through yoga and meditation for over 8 years, both in group settings and one-on-one. She’s worked with various groups, including athletes, cancer survivors, people with disabilities, and those dealing with trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression.

Anastasiia is trained in different yoga methods and is a candidate for Yoga Therapy with The International Association of Yoga Therapists.

Her sessions are tailored to individual needs and typically include breath work, gentle movement, mindfulness practices, and relaxation techniques. She also provides a personalized home practice outline after each session.

Those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, panic attacks, women’s health issues, chronic pain, and stress can benefit most from working with Anastasiia one-on-one.

A lover of nature and the great outdoors, she spends her free time exploring local trails, traveling, and drying her two water-loving labrador retrievers.
