Therapeutic Yoga

Therapeutic Yoga classes offer a gentle, nurturing, and unhurried practice, providing ample support for relaxation. Perfect for beginners and beneficial for individuals managing injuries or limited mobility, as well as those who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga. Experienced Yogis can also derive great value from these classes.
